Returns & Exchanges

At Lunar Love, we are committed to providing high-quality candles that you will love. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges*. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange for a return or exchange.

 

Please note that the product must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange. Possible shipping costs for returns or exchanges may apply. 

 

If your product has been damaged during shipping, we will replace or refund products damaged with photographic proof of damage. You must also submit your refund or exchange request to lunarloveco@gmail.com within 48 hours of arrival.
